About Me
I'm Sarang Radke — a Delivery Leader and Technical Programme Manager based in London with 15+ years delivering large-scale digital transformation, cloud modernisation, and AI-era change in complex, multi-supplier, regulated environments.
I started my career as a developer at TCS in Mumbai, building full-stack applications across international projects. That engineering foundation — understanding what's actually happening under the hood — has shaped how I lead delivery ever since. I don't just manage timelines; I understand the architecture, the trade-offs, and the risks.
After completing my MSc at the London School of Economics, I moved into technical consulting and eventually delivery leadership. I've led programmes across the Department for Education, NHS England, Ofgem, HMRC, and private sector clients in energy, finance, and telco.
My focus now is on the gap between how fast AI lets us build things and how slow our governance and release processes still are. I created the Intelligent Gates framework to help regulated organisations replace inherited governance with something that actually matches AI-era delivery speed.
